After coming up with the idea of the film, Paul quickly wrote the "theme song."
The idea of adding trumpets was conceived early on. But during the sessions, as Paul was trying to dictate to Martin his ideas, one of players -- Howarth -- got fed up and wrote the arrangement quickly [see Post cxx for a similar incident about Paul being annoying].
